This pet friendly, centrally located, vacation home offers great views of the waterfront and harbor frontage with dockage on Silver Lake Harbor. Located among the old Live Oak trees between historic Howard Street and Silver Lake Road. The many trees offer a filtered veil of privacy and the boat dock in Silver Lake Harbor is a much sought after amenity.

This well designed home includes 4 bedrooms: (1) master bedroom w/King and private bath, (2) w/Queen and shared bath with shower, second floor bedroom with bunk (2 Twins).

Six TV's, including a 55' satellite TV in living area with DVD/VCR. Cable TV service. Additional TV's in every bedroom and in the kitchen. Personal computer with high speed DSL connection, phones, stereo/CD player, new fireplace (available in the off season), VHS and book library and games. The well equipped and newly remodeled kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffeemakers, coffee grinder, commercial ice maker and double sink plus additional prep sink. Central AC/heat, washer/dryer and utility sink.

Ample first floor decking and a second floor rooftop deck offer views of Silver Lake Harbor. A rear deck overlooks Howard Street. Charcoal grill and 2 H/C outdoor showers.

Boat dockage is conveniently located across the street on Silver Lake Harbor.

No linens are provided but may be rented with prior notice. Beach Outfitters, located at Ocracoke Island Realty, rents linens, bikes, beach gear and other vacation items.

Dogs welcome with no additional pet fee (maximum 2 dogs). No Smoking Please. Maximum of 8 people, including children and a limit of 2 vehicles.

Creekside allows partial week stays with a 3 night minimum. Partial week stays can be booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date by either calling the office at 877-646-2822 or booking online under the nightly tab on this property page.
